The hotel was good, for 2 adults and 2 children I thought the room was rather small. Only a small table and two chairs wasn't sufficient for us eating in the room.

Breakfast was above excellent. It lacks absolutely nothing. The hotel and room are clean and well updated. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The parking situation (in my opinion) is subpar. There is no option for free self parking. You either have to pay an outrageous $25/night for valet or pay city rates for off site parking. Please reduce the price of parking on site (whether it's valet or self park) to make it more reasonable and realistic.

We loved our room. It was a corner room with balcony overlooking the mouth of the Mersey River. We were able to watch the Spirit of Tasmania enter and dock- pretty impressive. However why is there a massive TV in front of the magnificent windows as the TV blocks your view?

Excellent hotel close to Spirit of Tasmania terminal and nice central area of Devonport All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, room modern bed very comfortable and the room is beautifully appointed
