Overall a good stay, however the faucet was not tight so there was a leaking incident.

Terrible experience.
- Room inclusion includes free Wi-Fi but it is only available in the lobby with terrible speed.
- Room air con broke down and management only offers electric fan as solution rather than transferring to another similar room with working air con. Only when we angrily insist they allowed the transfer

Nice place to stay. Has a good view of the lake, accommodating staff, clean rooms and cr. Wifi can’t reach the room only at the lobby.. the hotel is near restaurants and pasalubong center. If you are commuting then its very accessible to transpo.

Expedia booked us but the hotel is closed due to pandemic.they shouldnt accept bookings if they f knew that the hotels are closed and i dont know if they charge it on my credit card.

சராசரிக்கும் குறைவானது No WiFI, no cable to watch, no bottle H2O and even at the reception area refused to give a service h2O to drink.The bathroom has poor drainage. Our breakfast served late only 1 person on the kitchen and on the reception area is also the waiter serving us. We are even told that our instant coffee sachet was in our room, told them we even not used it so then they could serve it on our table. The electric kettele and and cups are in the closet no dedicated table in room.
