Great breakfast, fresh fruit and delicious pastries. Friendly staff. They helped us book trips and were so friendly. The hotel is in a great location right on the river. Close to the main shopping area and close to Memory island which hosts a fantastic show. Great Hotel!

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting Hoi An. It is along the riverfront with a nice cooling breeze. We enjoyed our balcony room. We enjoyed our breakfast. We enjoyed the lovely pool. The staff were lovely.

This property is lovely. It is right on the river with a great view and slightly away from the craziness of central area. The room has tile floors and is very large. AC works great. The breakfast was plentiful and made to order and the coffee was great too. I appreciated all the info that was provided to us as well the free use of bikes! Also the pool was perfect temperature and we always got a spot on the chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place… it’s our second time staying here and we will be back. Having the bikes available was great. Easy walking to the main markets in town, but quieter area for sleeping and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious everyday and the people made us feel so welcome!

Loved our stay here.... Very small boutique hotel, with the most amazing location! The staff were the friendliest we met in our entire Vietnam trip - & English was really good! And their kids are totally cute! Travelled with one teen, so in the family room which had plenty of room. A few minor upgrades needed in the bedroom - (lamp shades were tatty), but overall it was a very cheap clean stay. Lots of lovely cafes within walking distance. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest so we didn't use the pool or the bikes, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast selection was only small, but sufficient and there was a small menu to choose something freshly cooked off. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
