Smooth check in. We asked the staff to call taxi for us when we checked out, the staff called taxi for us and walked us to the waiting spot. Very friendly staff.

It was clean as expected. The check in and check out process was pretty easy and smooth as the kiosk was convenient. Also, the free parking space included was great. Overall, the stay was great and comfortable.

The place is nice and quiet close to everything. I love that there's 24hr convenient store on 1st floor. However, the room was so hot. Air-conditioning is not working. For all day of strolling I didn't mind to come back to incheon from seoul but to come back to warm room is not acceptable. Roo temperature Iwas 25-28C.

Everything was close by walking distance, train food smoothies. The room was clean. The kitchen was clean. The bathroom was clean. Excellent loved it. I would go back.

Courteous staff and clean room. The place is located at nearby Incheon Airport and plenty of restaurants for the travelers. Enjoyed staying and definitely stay again. This is our second time at November Stay. Thank you so much November Stay and its staff.
