Our family highly reco this chartered tour. Barry/Berry, our guide and driver, is very knowledgeable with Taiwan's history and every place that we visited. He's very compassionate as well, since we're travelling with my elderly parentals, he made sure that their experience is comfortable.

We had a wonderful day tour to Shifen and Jiufen with Jennifer. Jennifer was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire trip, shared detailed explanations about the history, culture, and local stories behind each destination, which made the journey much more meaningful and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was her patience and care for our family. I was traveling with two senior family members, and Jennifer was very considerate of their pace and comfort. She ensured they were comfortable at every stop, and provided helpful recommendations along the way. She also recommended local food, scenic photo spots, and hidden gems that we would not have discovered on our own. Her English was excellent, communication was smooth, and she made us feel welcome from the moment she picked us up. Thanks to Jennifer, our visit to Shifen and Jiufen became one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Highly recommended 😊

From the moment we set off, it was clear that he was highly knowledgeable and experienced, sharing interesting insights about Taiwan and explaining the scenery and landmarks along the way in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. He was incredibly considerate and friendly, always checking in on our family’s comfort and pace. He helped us thoughtfully plan the sky lantern activity in Shifen, making sure it was smooth, meaningful, and truly memorable for all of us. On top of that, he took many fantastic photos for our family, capturing moments we’ll treasure for years to come. This day trip turned out to be the absolute highlight of our family’s 5-day vacation in Taiwan. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or experience, and we highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for an enriching and unforgettable tour in Taiwan

We had an awesome day exploring sites in Taiwan: the waterfalls, lantern experience and Juifen, thanks to our excellent guide Sung Ping who was both a tour guide and the driver. He explained a lot about Taiwanese culture and history. It is a good tour to easily access a variety of sites on one day, with enough time spent in each location. The car ride from Taipei offers comfort and ease.
