We had an amazing trip from Nagoya to Shirakawa-go and Takayama. Our driver was professional, punctual, and very friendly throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. What impressed us the most was the driver's exceptional service on a rainy morning. It was raining when we departed, and the driver thoughtfully brought an umbrella and personally escorted each of us one by one from the hotel to the vehicle, ensuring we stayed dry. This small gesture showed great care and hospitality. The drive was smooth and safe, and the driver was always patient and helpful. Thanks to his excellent service, our trip became even more enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in the Nagoya region. Our driver Ding was very punctual. We had pleasant surprises like free botteld water for everyone. Ding also reversed our proposed schedule to Shirakawa go and Takayama in anticipation that traffic will be worse if we followed our proposed schedule. He properly cued us on proper timing to spend in each area. In the end, we had a wonderful trip and was able to fully maximize our day.

Mary, our driver was on schedule. Our drive to Inayuma and Ena was good. it was our first time in the area and it would have been better if Mary gave us time considerations so we know how long each trip would take and how long we can spend in an area. We finished the entire tour much earlier than expected. Had we known, we could have spent a bit more time in one area.

we needed a solution to avoid all traffic and waiting times for the Japanese Grand Prix and this was great. We hired Ma Li for the day to transfer from Nagoya to Suzuka and wait for us while we were at the event. It removed all the hassle and made it an enjoyable experience. Ma Li was great!

everything went perfectly. after booking confirmation two months ago, I never heard from them after that. I tried reconfirming by email and SMS, but no reply. On the morning of our scheduled trip, driver- Mr Zhao- sent me a message reconfirming the trip, he was there at the meeting point early and waiting for us. whole trip went smoothly.

The guide Mary was very helpfull and cooperative in managing our trips. The car Used to pick us was in good conditionand free from odour. its make us feel relax and comfortable during the journey.

Our family very satisfied with the service. Ding is a great driver, his driving skill is really good, fast response, very on time. His car also really comfortable. Really good service.
