நுசா துவா பாலியில் கெகேப் சமையல் வகுப்பு அனுபவம்

உணவகத்திற்கு முன்னால் உள்ள திறந்தவெளி இடத்தில் ஒரு அருமையான சமையல் பாடம்! செஃப் டெடி ஒரு உண்மையான ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் பொழுதுபோக்குபவர்! அவர் கற்பித்தார், பாடினார் மற்றும் நிறைய நகைச்சுவை செய்தார், பாடம் முழுவதும் எங்களை சிரிக்க வைத்தார். என் மகள் (8 வயது) சமையல் பாடத்தில் பங்கேற்க வசதியாக ஒரு தாழ்வான மேசையை ஏற்பாடு செய்தார். வெட்டும் நுட்பங்கள், கோழியை புரட்டுவது மற்றும் வோக்கை தீயிட்டு சமைப்பது போன்ற சமையல் நுட்பங்களை அவர் எங்களுக்குக் கற்பித்தார்! நாங்கள் அனைவரும் இந்த அமர்வை மிகவும் ரசித்தோம்! இந்த அமர்வு, கடலின் அற்புதமான காட்சியுடன் கடற்கரையில் நாங்கள் சமைத்த சுவையான இரவு உணவோடு முடிந்தது. ஒரே குறை என்னவென்றால், வோக் சற்று பழையதாகவும், பள்ளம் விழுந்ததாகவும் இருந்தது. ஓ ஆம், இலவச இனிப்பு (குலா மெலாக்காவில் பசையுள்ள அரிசி உருண்டை) சுவையாக இருந்தது. குடிநீர் இலவசம், ஆனால் மதுபானம் மற்றும் பிற பொருட்கள் சுயமாக பணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். உணவக ஊழியர்கள் பாடம் முடிந்த உடனேயே புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் வீடியோக்களை எடுத்து எனக்கு வாட்ஸ்அப் செய்தார்கள், எங்கள் பாடம் முடிந்து ஒரு வாரத்திற்குப் பிறகு, ஊழியர்கள் சமையல் புத்தகத்தின் ஒரு நகலை எனக்கு வாட்ஸ்அப் செய்தார்கள்! எங்கள் பாலி பயணத்தின் போது ஒரு அற்புதமான சமையல் அமர்வு!

We learned a lot about Indonesian cuisine from this class. We discovered how the peanut sauce was made from scratch. In a half day, we learned 10 dishes and ate a lot. The location of the restaurant near the beach is a plus factor. We also received certificates for participating. This is one of the experiences we will never forget in Bali.

We had a fantastic afternooon cooking several traditional Balinese dishes. Teddy and his team really took care of us and we laughed together throughout. At the end of the session, we ate dinner which included the dishes we created. Highly recommend this experience to everyone including beginners.

A great experience for anyone that loves Indonesian food. We learnt so much about all the amazing ingredients and techniques to make 10 delicious dishes. Our Chef and his staff were delightful and Chef is very funny. We tasted along the way and then feasted afterwards. It was a great way to spend an afternoon in Nusa Dua. Thank you Teddy 🧸

Do a cooking class here! It was a fun and entertaining experience. My partner and I did the cooking class here. We were in a total group of four and we had a really fun and engaging teacher. We learnt how to make spices pastes from the whole ingredient, and learnt how to cook 11 dishes in total (we then got to eat everything we cooked). We had an incredible experience with Kekeb Cooking Class on the beach! Our instructor, Teddy, was absolutely amazing—super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience so much fun. We learned how to make 10 authentic Balinese dishes, all from scratch, and got to enjoy every single one of them right on the beach with the most beautiful view. The class was very well-organized, and it was such a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in Balinese culture and cuisine. At the end, we were given a cookbook with all the recipes we made and a certificate to take home—a perfect souvenir. Highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Bali. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable experience, Kekeb Cooking Class is a must-do!

Cooking class with Teddy was excellent. We got to cook an amazing array of dishes in a short time and sitting down to enjoy them at the end was a highlight. Teddy is a helpful and enthusiastic teacher. The class was excellent value for money.
