Best money spent! We were picked up punctually at our hotel. The ride was so comfortable and could fit all our luggages! Friendly driver who also helped us to load our luggages! We were a group of 6 with 6 large and 4 cabin luggages!

Bus arrived early to wait and it was very clean and tidy. Seats were comfortable and driver drove safely. For a big group of more than 10, booking 2-3 Ubers would be about 30% cheaper compared to a 14 seater bus.

This was my second time booking with the same company for a return transfer from our hotel to Busan KTX Station, after a smooth and comfortable first ride from the station to the hotel. He met us right at our hotel entrance and was quick to assist with loading our three large suitcases into the vehicle. We had a wonderful transfer experience in Busan thanks to our driver, Mr. Lee JaeYoung. The day before our journey, the administrator shared Mr. Lee’s contact details along with clear, step-by-step directions from Busan KTX Station to the meeting point in front of Toyoko-Inn Hotel. Mr. Lee reached out promptly upon our arrival, sending a photo of the vehicle and confirming his location. From the start, Mr. Lee was punctual, courteous, and incredibly helpful. He assisted our family of four—two adults and two children—with loading three large suitcases (two 24-inch and one 28-inch) into the vehicle. He even helped our children board safely, which we deeply appreciated after a long day of travel.

h-1, we will get email confirmation and on the day the driver will whatsap us. Meet up at exit 1 busan station, the van already waiting in front, driver is really friendly and the car is clean. We book the 10 seater and we got 14 seater instead. recommended thank you.
