"Relying on the mountains, eating from the mountains; relying on the sea, eating from the sea." The first generation of the Jian family in Xihe lived on Guishan Island, making a living by fishing. Later, for convenience, the whole family moved to Toucheng seaside, relying on the "fish shack" industry to support the family and establishing a reputation for excellent fish product quality.

In 1997 (Republic of China 86), the second generation of Xihe established "Xihe Aquatic Products." It was originally located in Toucheng, but due to the aging factory equipment, it moved to its current location in Lize Industrial Zone in 2007 (Republic of China 96), where the environment became hygienic and clean.

The third generation of Xihe made innovative changes, purchasing modern processing equipment, allowing Xihe's fishery products to pass GHP certification and even obtaining strict HACCP certification. In addition to wholesale, retail, and home delivery orders, some factory areas are also open for visitors. All visiting guests can taste fresh and delicious fish products.
