Easy to use and cheap. They handled our luggage with care. We were able to buy more souvenirs and roam around the airport without carrying our luggage. Their location is at the 4th floor, international departure.

luggage drop off/pick up was fast and convenient. The team made sure that we took pictures of our slips and tags, inacase we loose our paperwork. We were able to pick up and have our bags in hand within 5mins.

my flight to Bangkok arrived 5AM and I had a domestic flight scheduled to leave at 6:25PM, so Left my medium size luggage at SmileLugg then strolling around downtown. Staff at the place were friendly team, and I felt easy to deal with them.

This was the best service! So smooth and easy. The employees were nice as can be, price was affordable, location next to the airport rail link was great, drop off and pickup were super quick - absolutely no problems! Luggage itself was in the same condition as when we dropped it off - nothing had been moved around or lost. Booking through Klook (first-time user) was very easy and the voucher worked without any difficulty. I would 100% use this service again and suggest it to anyone who needs it.
