One of the best experience we ever had. Hiroshi-san, our guide, and Mr. Takeshi, our driver, are the best at what they do. Hiroshi-san explained the important points of each tourist spot and he is very passionate at what he does. We hope to see him again in our next trip.

I think for anyone who wants to do this tour with small children, paying the extra cost for a private tour is almost necessary. But having our excellent guide, Masami-san, and safe driver, Katsumi-san, the tour was unforgettable.

Our guide, Asa-san is amazing! Superb customer service, we left our umbrella at our car service, she offered to get it for us because it was so hot. She walked all the way to the parking lot and back to our meeting place which is a bit far. She's also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are with children and senior parents.

We were a bit hesitant first to book this tour given the price and relatively few reviews, but we were not disappointed and would definitely do it again! With Kito-San had a fantastic guide, and we had a great driver for us alone as well. Despite the mixed weather with a bit of rain on that day, it was an unforgettable experience (we coincidentally chose the day of the autumn Takayama festival). The guide did an outstanding job not only in terms of showing us around in Takayama and Shirakawa-go, but also shortened the drive with many facts and figures about Japan, even teaching us to fold origami paper on the way home... Thanks again!

The service is great, Mielo and driver are on time, and they speak fluent English. Thank you to both of them, we enjoyed our trip. Takayama and Sjrakawa-go are really beautiful, one of the must go when one visit to Japan
