the DMZ tour with GoGo was my favorite experience of my entire Korea trip! this is a must-do for anyone coming to Korea. it was the perfect mix of learning history and culture, physical activity walking up to the bridge, and witnessing remnants of history first hand as you walk through the invasion tunnels or look out at North Korea through the observatory. the defector talk was incredibly compelling, and there was Q&A time so come prepared with questions. And most importantly, I think a tour is only as good as the guide you have. GoGo with VIP Travel was incredible -- he recounted the history of conflict between North and South Korea from a perspective that I hadn't considered before, and it was very moving. he had profound insight about all of the stops that we made. choose GoGo as your tour guide if given the option!

Had a great time at the DMZ Tour + JSA Museum with VIP Travel, and our tour guide Nova was great - she kept sharing context and history throughout the trip, so each stop felt a lot more meaningful than it would’ve otherwise. We saw a number of fascinating places related to the war, and the JSA Museum was a special addition. The whole tour also ran smoothly, thanks Nova!!

overall was a good trip and guide Ray spoke well and was very knowledgeable. the third tunnel is an interesting walk but has a 11degree incline. no photos allowed in third tunnel and Dora observatory. JSA museum was underwhelming. lunch is on the go - either pack or buy along the way.

oh what an eye opener and interesting REALLY MUST GO daytrip. Thank You Crystal our fantastic and so informative guide who really captured the whole history of the existence of DMZ.. this trip included a live talk withone of the NK defectors.. i must say her story is so inspiring and truly a brave young lady to go through this escape. Crystal showed us the currency of NK and explained in much detail the separation . The 3rd tunnel gave us a glimpse of NK being just 170m away!! The start was a slope of 30° and after 740 steps ..u reach the end of tunnel with a hole to show the other side ..then a turnaround and this time its another 740 steps upwards!!! A fun visit to the JSA Museum where u get a mock up to take a pic of the crossing and souvenir stamping of South/North then the beautiful Gamaksan suspension bridge . We had a really great experience visiting the DMZ. The tour were very interesting and well organized. We especially enjoyed exploring the Bridge, the observatory, and the tunnel. Each place had something unique and memorable. A special thanks to Hana, our guide, who was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was a great tour! it rained a little during our trip, but Diane our tour guide made the experience worthwhile. She was dynamic and very knowledgeable. Even when it rained Diane creatively pivoted to make sure that we didn’t miss a beat. She knows her stuff and throughout was very positive and outgoing. She called us Kings and Queens, which boost our group’s morale. I have been on quite a few tours, but this one was quite organized and efficient for the amount of places we visited. I highly recommended it!

This tour was amazing, so many great opportunities to enjoy a day trip from Seoul. Our guide, Gogo, provided us with great insights at every stop of the tour. His friendly, professional demeanour truly made the experience memorable. For those looking for a special opportunity beyond many other tours, the inclusion of the JSA Museum was an added bonus. Highly recommend this tour!!

Die Tour war Hammer! Von Anfang an war sie informativ, hatte tolle Aussichten und mit unserem Wetter war es einfach unschlagbar. Ich wäre gern an vielen Orten auch länger geblieben. man braucht schon ein wenig Ausdauer, um hinterher zu kommen. Mein Tourguide Kelly war sympathisch, humorvoll, hat uns unglaublich viel erzählt und beigebracht, Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben und einen wunderbaren Fotoservice gemacht. Meine Tour ging zum See am Ende und es war bestes Wetter für genau diesen Ort. Danke für deine Expertise, Kelly. Es war super!

I’m honestly so happy and pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this tour. The tour guide was excellent, and the driver was great as well. I had an amazing front-seat experience for most of the DMZ tour, which made it even more memorable. I initially thought I wouldn’t enjoy it as much, but it turned out to be such a cool and worthwhile experience. I really hope I’ll be able to come back again in the future when the JSA tour reopens. Highly recommend!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. We are not history people but going on this tour gave us an insight of how things were back then. Our tour guide, Emily, has a wealth of knowledge. She really knows her history. You get to travel with an amazing group and it does not feel rushed at all even though you do so much in just 7-8 hours. Thank you Emily and team.
