அற்புதமான அனுபவம். சூரிய அஸ்தமனக் காட்சி எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்திருந்தது, மாலை 8 மணிக்குச் சென்றது சரியான நேரம், முன்னதாகச் செல்வதை விட. இருப்பினும், எளிதில் கடல் நோய் அல்லது பயணக் குமட்டல் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு இது ஏற்றதல்ல. உங்களுக்கு அத்தகைய பிரச்சனைகள் இல்லையென்றால், நீங்கள் இதை முயற்சிக்க வேண்டும்! காட்சி எல்லாவற்றையும் விட சிறந்தது! நேரடி இசைக்குழுவும் அருமையாக இருந்தது, இசையை நான் மிகவும் ரசித்தேன்.

WARNING, don’t join this tour. It’s a false product description I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the tour I recently booked through your platform. The experience was highly disappointing and fell far short of what was advertised and promised. Specifically, the tour description stated we would be taking a "yellow boat called Sail" which was described as being able to withstand strong waves and travel further out from the shore. However, when we arrived, we were instead placed on a "wooden boat called Karya" that was distinctly different from what was advertised. The Karya boat was unable to handle the weather conditions and had to stay close to the shore for the entire duration. This shortened our planned 1.5 hour tour down to only 1 hour. Throughout the trip, the other passengers looked bored, sad and visibly disappointed by the experience. When I contacted your customer service, they were unable to resolve the situation and simply told me to wait for an "investigation." This is unacceptable, as it does not address the immediate problem or provide any compensation for the misleading advertisement and subpar experience.

딱히 추천할만한 컨텐츠가 없는 크루즈입니다. 바르셀로나에서 시간이 남아서 이용해 봤는데 1시간 10분 가량 항구 근처 바다를 돕니다. 분위기가 관광지의 크루즈라기보단 낡은 유람선 느낌이 강합니다. 날씨 좋은날 바다 보시고 싶은 분들에겐 추천합니다.

When I got there, the staff told me the boat I booked was not available... They gave me some alternatives instead: 1. Take another cruise they had that day which was without live music and only 1h long. Since that was cheaper than what I had paid, they would include some snacks and drinks, too. Or 2. Ask for a refund. I was very upset because I was really looking forward to the cruise I booked. I refused to take the other boat and asked for a refund instead. Another lady who was behind me, lining up booked this same cruise and was told the exact same thing as me. She was also frustrated about it. I don't know what she decided to do tho. This shouldn't be in Klook if they don't offer what they advertised. Very bad experience for me...
