very well prepared drive and very good experience in tour. He plan our route to avoid the clash with other tour group and he detailed explain each tour spot before we arrive. A very organised person.

My family and I of 3 persons chose the “pick up” option instead of the “meet up” option. The driver Ryan Shin punctually picked us up in his comfortable 8 seater Hyundai van from the Myeongdong hotel at 8am Saturday morning and drove us safely to Alpaca World, Samaksan Cable Car Station and Nami Island departure point. We communicated in Mandarin; throughout the journey we learnt much about the Korean culture and history. He took photos and videos for us and surprised us with his video compilation “Fun day with Ryan”! The highlights of the tour are feeding the cute friendly alpacas, the stunning panoramic views of Chuncheon at the cable car station summit observation deck, cherry blossoms at Nami Island and the delicious dakgalbi (Chuncheon specialty) lunch. I highly recommend the “pick up” option for privacy but provided there are 3-5 persons as the ticket fees are excluded from the price and also there is additional charge of 25 thousand won for every hour exceeded after 10 hours.

The Tour Guide, James was very friendly and knowledgeable on the places that we went. Lunch was at a BBQ Restaurant which we didn't expected. Overall, was fun and relaxing.

great experience with Soowon who helped us get the tickets, informed us on the route to take at each location and also shared some history on some of the locations.

we really enjoyed the tour and Kay was such a great tour guide. He arranged for a buggy to bring my mum up the hill at the alpaca farm. This was really helpful given her age and mobility. The vehicle was also really luxurious and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. The tour was overall very fun and we enjoyed it.

booked a private tour. Dong our driver spoke very good English. He was accommodating and calm. The van was comfortable and clean. We were able to take naps during the 1 hr 45 min drive. Worth the money!! Nami Island is beautiful. it still has the winter sonata status.

Our tour guide, JUN was very good and spoke very good English. Since we were only 7 people in the tour, it was very relaxed and the mini van ride was very comfortable. long trip though to Alpaca World ( 2 hours ) but worth it all. if you love animals then this tour is for you. The restaurant that Jun brought us too was very very good; pork and chicken BBQ. the cable car ride to Samaksan mountain was scenic and calming too ( 17 mins ride ). Lastly the trip to Nami Island was equally good. We rode the shuttle ( 8000 kwon ) so we could see the whole island without walking it. overall... day we'll spent and value for money.

unforgettable experience to Seoul! Dong was our tour & driver and he was very nice and informative. the van was very comfortable too!
