The entire trip we had with the cruise was really amazing!! It was indeed a very great experience worth every penny I paid. Our tour guide, Victor Huy, has been very helpful. He was very accommodating and really takes time to connect with all the guests, helping maintain a very positive vibe. He even provides more convenient pickup and drop off options for us - very flexible and easy to deal with. This is the first time we visited Vietnam and I am very happy I included this trip in my itinerary. A lot of good memories that my parents and I will bring back home. I'd like to mention Lien as well who's smile is very comforting. She's very polite and friendly, adding to the good vibes each time we dine. I'd love to do this again if given the chance to come back. 🙂

Incredible cruise and experience, thanks to the amazing tour guide Kevin, and the entire staff of La Pandora, from the moment of pickup in Hanoi to return, every detail and moment of the trip has been catered for and i could not recommend this experience enough to anybody looking for a fun filled, taste inspiring, and incredible experience to see one of Vietnam, and Asia's, true wonders of the world.

Our trip was genuinely amazing. The cruise itself was fantastic, and our tour guide Cody was outstanding at his job. He was super friendly, had a great sense of humor, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. The first day’s activities were really fun and made for a great experience. The second day, however, was less exciting, as it mainly involved a short ride to one cave and back, with not much else to see. The main area that needs improvement is the onboard staff. They seemed warm and attentive only when guests were purchasing drinks or extras. Otherwise, basic friendliness like smiling or speaking politely was lacking, which is important in hospitality and tourism. That said, overall the trip was absolutely worth the money. I’d strongly recommend choosing the 2D1N option rather than just a day trip—it makes the journey far more worthwhile.

Victor was a wonderful tour leader who made our Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay cruise truly memorable. He guided us through every activity with such ease and enthusiasm, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. His spring roll cooking class was a definite highlight - fun, interactive, and delicious! We absolutely loved his energy and how he kept everyone engaged throughout the trip. Highly recommend Victor for an unforgettable cruise experience!

Enjoyed an amazing cruise to Lan Ha Bay on La Pandora cruises through Klook. We were taken very good care of by our tour guide Hung (Kevin) who helped to facilitate the round trip bus transportation from Hanoi city to the Port of Tuan Chau where you take a smaller tender boat to the larger La Pandora ship that is already docked in the bay. Once on the larger boat, we were greeted by the staff and enjoyed a set lunch before heading out to kayak along the magnificent limestone cliffs. A buffet dinner greeted us in the evening and it was delicious. The room we had was beautiful and the view was magnificent. Breakfast and brunch are served the next day between a boat excursion to see the dark/bright cave piloted by a local. Overall this is one of those bucket list things to do in your life and I think that La Pandora did an excellent job. Critiques are few...maybe thicker towels and the short duration means everything is accomplished quickly. Highly recommend this cruise and thanks Hung!

இது உண்மையிலேயே ஒரு மயக்கும் அனுபவமாக இருந்தது. நாங்கள் மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருந்தோம். எங்கள் வழிகாட்டி கெவின் மிகவும் ஒத்துழைப்புடன், தகவல்களைத் தருபவராகவும், வேடிக்கையானவராகவும் இருந்தார். ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியையும் விரும்பினோம். தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட உணவு முதல் கயாக் அனுபவம் வரை, அதிகாலை சூரிய உதயம் முதல் கெவினுடன் சமையல் வகுப்பு வரை அனைத்தும் வேடிக்கையாகவும் ஆச்சரியமாகவும் இருந்தன. இந்த சுற்றுப்பயணத்தை முழுமையாகப் பரிந்துரைக்கிறேன். கெவினைக் கேளுங்கள், அவர் உங்களுக்கு ஒரு மறக்க முடியாத அனுபவத்தைப் பெற உதவுவார்.

had a wonderful time on La Pandora. very relaxed. its a charming and cosy ship. we had Huy as our tourguide, he was really knowledgeable of the region and its products. the itinerary has enough activities to keep you engaged with the environment while still feeling relaxed.

we had a great time on our cruise with our tour guide cody, he was very friendly and made sure we were included in all the activities which included swimming, kayaking, squid fishing, karaoke, cooking class, and visiting caves.

Our tour guide, Kevin (Hung) is very enthusiastic, caring and funny. He is also attentive to the guests. Overall, He really brightens up the whole mood & makes the whole tour fun. We did kayaking, jumping into the sea for a swim, and visited the bright & dark cave on a boat ride. If you do not know how to kayak, he will teach you a few strokes. So feel free to go for it! The food served onboard by La Pandora is tasty and have some standards! Value for money. The room comes with a balcony view which is really beautiful. We woke up to a sunrise at 5.35am. But the sun rises really fast in minutes. So do wake up 15 mins earlier if you want to catch it. Service of the crew is Good too. Everything is Good on board except for the toilets. Still Acceptable for 2D1N. Love the tour!

Cody is the best tour guide. He is passionate about his work, friendly and professional. I am very happy to have him on this trip. It was a great travel experience. Thank you to everyone who served us.
