We had a great time at the Onsen. It was a great way to experience traditional Japanese culture out in nature and we returned feeling very peaceful and relaxed. Our guide, Yama, was excellent. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the Onsen process and gave us the option of visiting one or two Onsens. We highly recommend this activity!

The onsen experience was the highlight of my Japan trip! The first onsen was a very homely setup with its own beauty and charm. The second one was a part of a resort in Hirayu, which was incredible in its own way! Snowfall on that day enhanced my overall onsen experience! Our tour guide: Yoichiro-san was the best! He was very patient, knows the region inside-out. Got a lot of interesting insights from him during our conversation. I would certainly do this all over again, the next time I am in Japan.
