we had a great time going on this tour. the tour is well organized - from hotel pick up, to hiking guide, to Montana cafe. our driver, Purna, is great. He is very nice, and professional. our hiking guide is very experienced, however, he is more interested to get us back down the mountain than let us explore on the top lol. But the sunrise is amazing up on the mountain! Aslo the young crater, and volcanic steams in the crater. Montana cafe has amazing view of Mount Batur and the food is delicious! overall, we are very happy with the private tour.

The Road going up is not easy cuz it’s quite steep starting from the middle of our journey. But our guide is very supportive throughout the hike. And the view at the top of the mountain was just spectacular and everything just worths it… High recommended to anyone who is also natural lover!! warm reminder is the top of th mountain is very cold!

it was a nice and chill hike up. Gede, our guide is one who take care of his group and make sure no one is left behind(at the back). Letting the group taking short breaks and always helping when certain part of the terrain seem rather tough. 가이드 Agus는 완벽에 가까웠어요. 발리에서 만난 최고의 가의드입니다. 10~15분 간격으로 간단한 휴식을 가지게 해줬고, 중간중간 계속해 괜찮은지를 물어보며 케어했습니다. 정상에서는 따뜻한 커피와 식사를 제공해, 덕분에 다소 추운 날씨 속에 문제없이 일출의 장관를 누릴 수 있었어요. 내려올 때도 저희에게 옵션을 제공해, 쉽게 닿을 수 없는 곳까지 경험하게 해줬습니다. 즐거운 시간 쌓고 갑니다:)

I did the group sunrise trekking and the experience was absolutely memorable. Our guide was great - positive, chirpy and helpful. He took us up through the non-treaded path which was a unique challenge but we came down the normal way. He took great pictures as well. The pick up from and to the hotel was on time and smooth.

Last week, I booked a sunrise trekking trip through Klook, and the experience was truly amazing! Our tour guide, Agus, was absolutely fantastic — very friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. He’s also incredibly skilled at photography; every picture he took was beautiful and perfectly captured the moment. Special thanks also to our driver, Mas Padi, for being so kind, patient, and ensuring we had a smooth and safe journey.

Our Mt Batur hike was memorable and safe—thanks to our incredible guide. My partner and I hike at a slower pace, but he never once made us feel rushed. Instead, he patiently kept us company at the back of the group, offering encouragement and sharing stories about the mountain as we climbed. Reaching the summit, he steered us to a quieter lookout away from the crowds. Watching the sun rise was cold but pure magic, and he captured the moment perfectly—snapping stunning photos and even filming a short video so we could relive it later. The descent was tricky for me and steep as I struggled with the loose gravel. He literally offered me a steady hand the entire way down, making sure I never lost my footing. If you’re looking for an experienced guide with local knowledge and care for your safety, look for I ketut kertana. Highly recommend him!

The best experience ever! The hike wasn't as rough as I thought it may be. This was my very first time doing anything like this. HIGHLY recommend for anyone!

私たちは夫婦でサヌールから参加しました。ドライバーのEdiさんはとてもフレンドリーで道を熟知していて安心できました。バトゥール山ではAgusさんが案内してくれました。私たちは60オーバーですが、Agusさんは私たちのペースを常に気遣ってくださり登ることができました。山頂では景色の綺麗な所へ案内してくれたり写真もとても上手でした。下山後はcretya ubudに立ち寄りました。朝早かったので空いていてフリーのシートに座れました。温水のところもありワンドリンク付きでした。1時間半ほど過ごし帰路につきました。参加して良かったです。

it was such an amazing experience we really enjoyed it ! the tour was worth the price and the sunrise was more than worth two hours of trekking through the darkness
