今次帶小朋友乘船前往澳門，整體體驗非常良好。由購票、辦理登船手續到上船，都安排得井井有條，職員態度親切有禮，對帶住小朋友嘅家庭亦十分照顧。 船上環境整潔舒適，座位寬敞，小朋友坐得舒服，航程期間亦唔會覺得太悶。船身行駛平穩，即使帶住年紀較細嘅小朋友都感到安心。船員服務周到，如果有需要協助，都會主動幫忙。 最令我滿意嘅係整個旅程所需時間短，而且過程方便快捷，減少咗小朋友長時間舟車勞頓嘅辛苦。由香港前往澳門，只需輕鬆坐船就可以到達，非常適合作為親子旅行嘅交通選擇。 今次旅程令一家人都留下美好回憶，小朋友亦對乘船感到十分興奮。未來如果再到澳門旅遊，我哋一定會再次選擇乘船出行，亦會推薦俾其他有小朋友嘅家庭。

The TurboJET service between Hong Kong and Macao is exceptionally well established, making for a completely stress-free trip. From scanning the Klook QR code to boarding the vessel, the whole process was quick and seamless. The ride itself took around 60 minutes, though travel times and smooth sailing do depend on the weather. Onboard, snacks and drinks are available for purchase. One major plus: as long as you have a ticket, they allow flexibility to take an earlier or later ferry than your scheduled time, which is super helpful. Tip: In Hong Kong, the departure terminal is located on the 3rd floor inside the Shun Tak Centre Shopping Arcade. Highly recommended!

The service was great, and it was easy to book on Klook. The deal is definitely a good price for groups and families. Please continue this promotion and even offer even better deals in the future. Travelling by TurboJET is a much better choice than taking the bus. The staff were also very nice and helped choose the best seats for us.
