雖然只有日文跟英文，但員工非常仔細熱心幫忙服務挑選和服，把我希望的紫色跟蕾絲為主訴求提出後，一直協助盡力挑選，部分妝髮感跟配飾要加錢但是覺得很值得！髮型設計師也很可愛一直稱讚我🤣情緒價值給很滿❤️真的很滿意因為髮型實在太太太美了❤️ 最後建議大家預約開門9點就到比較好，我跟女兒還可以單獨一間換衣服，後來到下午三點要退還衣服的時候，已經超多人😵‍💫 變成要一群人擠一間換衣服了😵 給大家參考❤️

the address leads you do a different location so make sure to look up the right place that you chose. Their service was amazing! it took about an hour to pick our yukatas, get our hair done, and dress in them. They only speak a little English but are patient and understanding. They accept day of walk-ins too which my sister did since she was unsure at first and didn’t want to make a reservation. I would love to wear it again if I could. I had a great time. I went to the sensoji location and it’s a short walk to the shrine. you can just go through the dori for shade or on the Main Street to get there. it’s super close! Highly recommended

Feeling local in Tokyo, it was a great experience. Too many layers of clothing but it was fun and worth trying out to have a feel of the culture.

Wonderful experience. The employees helped me pick out color coordinated pieces to create a stunning look. They were very meticulous when putting the kimono on me and made sure it was perfect. I felt so pretty. They didn’t speak much english but we were able to get by well enough.

店員雖然不會講中文 英文也不算很好 但服務態度蠻棒的~~~ 如果有選擇障礙的話也會幫忙推薦適合自己的款式 只是個人感覺最基本價格的衣服比較還好 retro modern 或再下一階的款式感覺就好看很多 另外很多配飾和造型雖然要加錢 但是個人覺得還是蠻值得的 加東加西完的最終結果非常滿意 可愛死ㄌ 如果下次還要穿和服或浴衣的話也會再考慮這家🤍
