Casey was knowledgeable in the art of Kintsugi. Fun workshop and we got to keep our art piece! I would recommend this activity.

Jay was a excellent instructor. He explained everything well and even included a mini history lessson, which we loved. We ordered matcha tea and a coke which were tasty and affordable. Overall, it was a fun experience for my son and I.

Had a great experience on this workshop with our guide Mariko. She was very helpful and we were able to make custom accessories which was so much fun! It’s in a beautiful location near Shibuya and great way to learn the history of the traditional techniques of Kintsugi

很期待上的一門課程，卻沒能順利參加，真的非常遺憾，也希望透過這則評價提醒之後想報名的學員多加留意。 下訂單後，請務必要仔細查看對方寄來的信件。我依照信件中的地址前往，但到現場後卻完全找不到人。後來詢問當地旅遊資訊中心，並撥打課程頁面上的聯絡電話，也始終無人接聽。 原本課程頁面指定的集合地點是一家咖啡店，我在那裡等待時，店員表示已經有很多人來詢問這個課程，甚至已經對店家造成困擾。之後重新查看課程頁面時，才發現地點被更改了。 我也有聯繫 Klook 客服，客服建議改用 WhatsApp 聯絡，但依然完全沒有得到任何回覆。最後時間就這樣過去，一個人在陌生的地方反覆確認資訊、等待、尋找聯絡方式，前後浪費了將近兩個小時，課程也因此錯過並被取消。 這次不只是浪費時間，也浪費了交通費與行程安排的成本。對於特地安排旅程、期待這堂課的人來說，這樣的體驗真的讓人非常失望。 原本是抱著期待與開心的心情參加，但最後得到的卻是混亂與無助。希望主辦方之後能更即時更新資訊、保持聯絡管道暢通，避免其他學員再遇到相同情況。

This was a lovely craft session with Casey being an excellent host with brilliant English. We ordered a drink to enjoy during our class. Our host was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought we were working on broken crockery but that apparently takes months to do, so instead we could make something to go on a ring, a magnet or whatever else you’d come up with-but not the bowl I was hoping to go home with.The venue was a bit hard to find as it’s down some narrow stairs. We all created something completely different even though we all used the same products. Each artwork got individually wrapped for us to take home. Give it a go!

Nice small group of people. Lots of lovely pieces of ceramics to choose from. Made a little hair tie and my brother made a magnet.

I had such a wonderful time learning kintsugi with Casey! He is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I hope to continue practicing this beautiful art form. The session was so engaging that the hour passed in what felt like minutes. Highly recommend.❤️

We enjoyed our workshop; it was a creative break from the hustle of the city. We created a useful art piece, magnet and a chopstick resting plate. It was just the right length of time to keep our 10 yr old engaged with the process.
