Bus arrived earlier than call time. Our tour guide Ruby is the best! shes Korean but speaks fluent English & Mandarin. She is very attentive to the needs of tour participants. She gives ski lessons too. Best to spend the wholeday learning how to skii :)

Patrick was a great tour guide! He kept us all organized. He even made sure my 17 year old son got on the bus after snowboarding to meet the rest of us at another location. Versatile tour as you can ski/snowboard in the morning and go sightseeing in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Ruby our tour guide is so friendly and helpful throughout the tour! She is knowledgeable about what she is doing and willing to share good places to go around seoul!
