Kyoto 4 Iconic Sights Full-Day Private Tour

Words cannot describe the wonderful experience we had on this full day of exploration with our magnificent guide, Tom! He generated and customized an itinerary to maximize the time and allow us to get the most out of our time in Kyoto. We could write a novel on how amazing the sights are and how Tom was one of the best tour guides in many of our global travels. We were able to see everything we planned with some extras! Tom went above and beyond to make sure our tour was a pleasant one. We were given a great history lesson around the Japanese culture, as we had ask for in our alignment on our goals of the tour prior to our arrival in Kyoto. Tom stayed in excellent communication from the time our journey was booked. He made the process easy and provided great direction and guidance leading up to our journey. The lunch at Sushi Iso was amazing! We highly recommend use of this tour company and especially Tom as your guide for having a fun, educational and cultural experience! Thank you!

Tom was an excellent guide! Even though we only had 1 day in Kyoto, my mum and I had a great time exploring Kyoto in our own pace as Tom made it a very comfortable experience for us. I would highly recommend this tour!

Our Kyoto tour was an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide, Tom! What really stood out was how thoughtful and proactive Tom was. Weeks before the tour, he reached out to learn about mine and my daughter’s interest and food preferences. That level of care made everything feel personalized from the very beginning. During the tour, his knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail made exploring Kyoto so much more meaningful. One of the highlights was the lunch he arranged for us at a local restaurant. We had an amazing omakase experience. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious, offering us a true taste of authentic Japanese cuisine. Overall, it felt less like a typical tour and more like being shown around by someone who genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience.
