The highlight of our Zhangjiajie tour was the breathtaking Avatar Forest. The towering quartzite peaks are even more magical in person. That said, our guide 彭杉 was attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed her company, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. With only four people in our group, we could travel at our own pace, spending extra time at the best viewpoints and avoiding crowds. The logistics were seamless, from transport to meals. Seeing the sun light up those stone pillars one by one was a moment not to forget. I’m glad we took up this package. It felt relaxed and genuine, not rushed at all.

Serena was a great tour guide. she was very sweet and explained things clearly to my daughter and I. Her English was very good and easy to understand. She helped us navigate easily through the zip line and glass bridge. We even did a giant slide after the zip line which we had no idea about and it was one of the highlights. She took many photos for us and knew all the best places to stand to get the best shots. This was a day of many beautiful sites but also lots of adventure and fun, definitely worth booking and ask for Serena.

We had a truly wonderful experience visiting Avatar Mountain, made even more memorable by our amazing tour guide, Yuki. She was fantastic throughout the entire tour—knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. The views at Avatar Mountain were absolutely breathtaking. The towering ridges, combined with the dramatic movement of the clouds, created a surreal and unforgettable landscape. It really felt like stepping into another world. Overall, it was an incredible experience that we would highly recommend. Thank you, Yuki, for making our trip so special!

Beautiful view and scenery! Be sure to wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking a lot, and there are many stairs! Bailong elevator was impressive; glass bridge was solid and safe; zip line was fun!

Fantatstic tour, great veiws and pics, good guide, good service , good weather, good everyting. But I must warn everyone, its a long day and alot of walking so bring a really good pair of shoes , some anti-inflamatories, prepare to walk and pre book a massage upon your return 😂

今天我和我母亲去的是，张家界森林公园。今天带我们的导游, 刘建学导游很好，很细心地为我们讲解，对老人家又很耐心很好。虽然今天从早到中午都在下雨，很多景点都有困难去看，过了中午，天气晴朗，雨也停了，我们终于可以继续森林公园之旅。看了百龙电梯，袁家界，十里画廊还有好多好多景色真的太美了，今天的这位，导游，刘建学，刘阿哥，我真的是非常推荐Today, my mother and I went to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The tour guide who took us today, tour guide Liu Jianxue, was very good. He explained things meticulously and was very patient and kind to the elderly. Although it rained from morning to noon today, making it difficult to see many attractions, the weather cleared up after noon and the rain stopped, so we could finally continue our forest park tour. We saw the Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie, Shilihualang, and many, many other beautiful sights. I really highly recommend our tour guide today, Liu Jianxue, Brother Liu.

You mast to go there!!! Most beautiful place! Its a breathtaking view that you will keep in your memory forever. Very easy to travel to this park, a lot of great option to stay in hotels. Very tourist friendly, water, small sneak stations, benches, and bathrooms are everywhere. Get an Allipay for your cellphone and don't worry about cash.

This group tour experience was far beyond my expectations! The itinerary was well-structured, with a balance between relaxation and exploration. We visited all the must-see attractions without feeling rushed. The tour guide Rona was extremely professional, with engaging and interesting explanations. She also took care of our emotions and helped us take great photos. There were no hidden charges or forced shopping throughout the trip, and we felt completely at ease. The accommodation and dining were beyond my expectations. The attention to detail was evident. I must give a five-star rating and will definitely choose this company for my next trip!

Our guide, Rona, was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire tour. She was always happy to answer our questions and share useful information about the places we visited. What we appreciated most was how well she took care of my son, always checking in to make sure he was comfortable and doing well.
