I am giving it a five-star rating, although the connection was not great, but it is acceptable. Upon arriving at the airport, you must go to a16 in the arrivals area. It is easy to spot. Amazing service both in Hong Kong and Macau! Very easy to claim - just show QR, passport and HKD 500 deposit (card/cash). To return just drop in booth box. No complicated set up required, just turn on input pw and use; charge when needed. Overall battery lasts for long time.
The pocket WiFi worked well in Hong Kong and Macau. Pick-up and return were fast and hassle-free. Just make sure to charge it overnight, as the battery drains quickly when used for the whole day.

Battery life is amazing can last the whole day without turning it off when not in used. It works in Macao too.Downside is that we lost connection several times ☹️
