steady and reliable internet connection for oir group during the entire Fukuoka stay. pleased that it has an included powerbank because there were days we ended up going home late, and we needed the wifi for navigation on bus and trains

Great for traveling, battery on the wifi was solid didn’t use the powerbank provided that much. 5GB per day for 2 people might not be enough tho. Once you hit the 5gb mark we absolutely didn’t get data anymore unlike our previous trips with this wifi, maybe it’s because our trip was in Fukuoka.

easy pick up(close at 9pm if not wrong) easy drop off(7.00am open) . just on the device and connect to the device using WiFi. the internet speed is ok for navigation throughout whole Kyushu . from Fukuoka north to Kagoshima south. Nagasaki west to hyuga east. even in the jungle and mount aso there is line. there is power bank. and charger provided. use usb type c to charge the device. one full day use from morning 7am to night about 8pm will use up the battery untill 10% but the power bank is there to extend . many public WiFi available in Japan . can connect multiple device.

Very easy to reedem at Nee Chitose Airport. Staff is very helpful. Internet connection is good. Please expect reduced connectivity after you consume all your data. You won’t able to load any applications at all.

We mainly traveled around Tokyo and the WiFi worked well! We didn’t have any problems connecting to it and it provided a stable connection to all of our family members. The connection was still strong even when we went to the 2nd station of Mt. Fuji so we were pleasantly surprised. The borrow/return process was also very smooth as we just had to show our voucher and drop it at the same station at Narita Airport. I definitely recommend getting this! 5 stars for me. This is our second device.

Very good reception both in Kansai and Tokyo. Battery life was also good as we were able to use it the whole day and just charge at night. Pick up and drop off locations were also easy to find. Plus points that we can pick up the device in Kansai, which was our entry, and drop it off in Narita, which was our exit.

Using this pocket wifi is wise move. Accessible, affordable and internet reliable. Wifi includes power bank and charger. Near exit going to the Train station. we used this pocket wifi for 5 days, we are 3 people. Return the wifi at the same booth.
