The entire process is easy. scan your voucher on the bus to get your tickets (needed to board the bus again). The tour covered all the must see spots in Osaka with guide. the wait for the next bus is 1 and half hours which isn’t required in all spots so wish there were more frequent buses that run even later in the evening.

It was a very fun experience and a great way to see the different tourist spots in Osaka. We got to meet two guides. Jun-san was very insightful into the Japanese culture especially on New Year traditions. Sawa-san was very lively and fun! She felt like she was enjoying her work and was very enthusiastic to explain the different stops. For those planning to join this experience, I would suggest riding the subway in addition to the bus, especially if you want to visit all 14 stops in a day. The bus times are quite far between each other. The bus was very comfortable and had an indoor and outdoor portion. The bus stops at certain tourist spots for a longer time and this can be used as time to go to the restroom. A very enjoyable experience 10/10

We really enjoyed our time on the Osaka Wonder Loop Bus. It was a great way to see the city comfortably. I want to give a huge shoutout to our tour guide, Sawa! She was incredibly approachable, friendly, and made the experience so much better for us. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality. We will definitely be back. Until we meet again!

we had a wonderful joyride with this experience. Rio was a fantastic tour guide. we hopped on from Dotondori bus stop to Osaka Castle. on the way back, we hopped on from Keihan mall back to Dotonbori. very easy to book with Klook - show the QR and we were given coupons we can use for 24 hrs (until next day)

The tour guide/concierge and driver were very warm and friendly. They provided excellent service. Although there were limited buses with a time difference of about two hours if taking the same stop, availing of the package with one-day Osaka pass and cruise package was a great way to further explore and discover more about each stop - 14 sites to explore. What we liked about this tour was learning more about the history and culture as the tour guide/concierge provided more information including tips such as food - the best to try in each spot like Kuromon Market or Osaka in general. What are top destinations, popular areas and must try. The bus was very comfortable and followed the timetable. Ride the bus at any stop - just look for the yellow sign. At Namba Parks, the location was at the basement parking and the bus stopped for 15 minutes to go to the toilet or grab a drink. The package we bought was with a pass, which worked well in the bus, train and subway.

its good but its very hard to find the first stop we couldn’t find it and missed the first bus. Then we could only take one round when we got down at the castle. We missed the other bus. Then we were not able to hop on. ease of booking on Klook:

Great guide however if you plan to hop off (we only hopped off to see the castle) and once finished there were no busses going back (loop) around so we had to take a taxi to the other sites.

really amazing experience with the best guide ever. Her name is Ray and she is full of positive energy from the beginning.. she gives awesome suggestions as well... she is a gem and really made this trip enjoyable.. she was also very helpful with my ticketing issues.. the bus timing is accurate, the ride was smooth and information is well delivered.. truly enjoyed the ride. the Osaka metro pass and boatride is a steal! very worth it.m
