what a wonderful way to experience Okinawa and Onna with Pink Mermaid! we love Miyu (hope I spelled correctly), she guided us as a family in the water was conscious of the reefs and importantly took so many beautiful videos and photos of all of us! We could not have done this ourselves since from our perspective the water looked cloudy, however the GoPro proved differently! thank you Pink Mermaid and Miyu for making amazing memories for our family. While this was supposed to be blue cave, the weather/wind did not allow for it, but it worked out because we wanted to see more diverse fish and reef anyway! you would not get to experience this at the blue caves!

We had an excellent snorkeling experience with Pink Mermaid! Everything was very organized from start to finish, making it perfect for first-time snorkelers, even those with no swimming experience. Our guide, Miu, was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us every step of the way, making us feel safe and comfortable. The team provided a well-fitting wetsuit for snorkeling and even had flip-flops available to borrow if needed. The entire process, from boarding the boat to entering the water, was well organized with clear instructions throughout. Feeding the fish while snorkeling was an unforgettable experience, and Miu captured photos and videos the entire time so we could simply enjoy ourselves. After snorkeling, hot showers, shampoo, and hair dryers were available. They also transferred all of our photos and videos directly to our phones before we left—no apps or sign-ups required. Thank you, Miu and the Pink Mermaid team, for a wonderful and memorable experience!

We had an overall great experience with pink mermaid!! We had booked a snorkeling and diving tour and it was better than we could have imagined. Both instructors spoke very good English and guided us safely through the blue cave. Especially for scuba diving as it was our first time diving Sasha was very kind and patient with us - I felt safe at all times!

We booked this last minute before the typhoon would hit Okinawa,which was so easy to do on Klook. The tour was magic. Because of the winds the Blue Cave visit had to be postponed, but instead we got a longer snorkel trip in a sheltered lagoon. Enthusiastic guides. Excellent equipment. We were a small group of only 5, which was great (we had one guide just for the two of us).And we got so many photos taken, over 150 which were shared to us via Google drive. We will recommend Pink Mermaid diving!

My two friends and I really enjoyed this snorkeling experience. We were on a time crunch to fit in as many cool and meaningful things in our trip and this was an awesome opportunity to experience snorkeling in the beautiful Okinawa. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and safe! We had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend this to other groups of friends and families. After checking in, everything was efficient and they are able to provide you your photos/videos right after you get back which was very nice.

Esperienza davvero meravigliosa! Abbiamo fatto sia snorkeling che l’immersione nella grotta. Il nostro istruttore ci ha dato tutte le spiegazioni necessarie in inglese e non ci sono stati problemi di comunicazione e l’immersione, per noi la prima, è stata in totale sicurezza. Un grande sostegno ai ragazzi di Pink Mermaid perché sono bravissimi, professionali e anche super simpatici!

Очень понравилась эта школа! Уровень сервиса, качество оборудования и инструкторы все потрясающие. Единственное что в наше погружение было маловато рыб, но даже с этим фотки получилось очень крутые, а инструктор Сора показал несколько дайвинг трюков.

We originally booked Blue Cave snorkelling with Pink Mermaid, but due to weather conditions, the team kindly changed the location. Although it wasn’t Blue Cave, the alternative spot was fantastic — we saw so many colorful fish and beautiful marine life! The two coaches were absolutely outstanding. Our coaches, Miyu and Madoka, were professional, patient, and took excellent care of us throughout the trip. What made the experience truly special was how they helped capture so many beautiful photos and clips for us, preserving these precious memories. They also arranged a fun fish feeding session, which was incredibly enjoyable and interactive. Thanks to their enthusiasm and attentiveness, we felt safe, relaxed, and had an amazing time in the water. We highly recommend this snorkeling experience because of its cheerful team, well organised arrangements, good quality equipment provided, and especially these two pretty and fantastic coaches. I booked the snorkeling and introductory diving session. Highly recommend this operator. They took good care of us during the dive, guiding us well esp since it was our first time. They are very friendly too. I had a really great time with them and a memorable experience.

by far one of my favorite experiences in Okinawa! This trip was for our honeymoon, sadly the typhoon cancelled our first snorkeling tour so we decided to try again, though we didn’t get to see the blue cave, we still were able to snorkel and enjoy our time. The staff were all very patient, and gave clear instructions! Our instructor was hilarious which made the experience better. Don’t judge the pictures, there was a typhoon people😂 10/10 would recommend
