We needed a place to stay during a 15 hour layover between international flights. as we were very tired, Space appeared to tick most boxes. we left the airport at about 7am with the taxi taking just over an hour and costing 200 yen. we caught a return taxi at 4pm which took about 45 minutes. It was a good way to quickly experience the city. Our party consisted of three mums and three 13 year old boys. Space was probably a bit too mature for the boys, though they did appreciate the luxury feel and sleeping areas. Our pass was valid for entry plus fruit, beverages, and ice cream. We did find the inability to use our Australian credit cards very limiting and could not set up AliPay or DiDi despite several attempts. do you need to withdraw cash at the airport. There was also ALOT of confusion using this voucher at Space and they added a breakfast charge despite us not getting this.

I went with my daughter and we had a lovely time, highly recommend after a long flight. we had the 90 rejuvenating message and entry ticket. It was cheaper to buy through Klook but they do try to upsell and get you to do additional things, which we did some and it was amazing. Especially the milk body scrub and hydration message. make sure each person going has WeChat download and as you have to scan a QR code to access the ficilities. The hot spring pools are on the ground floor separated man from woman, go through to the recitation zone there’s free fruit and meals you can buy. from there you can go upstairs for the rejuvenate message and other special treatments, the more expensive services are about 599¥ which is about $120 aus and 2h. me and my daughter splurged and really enjoyed ourselves spent about 7 hour there it only cost us $150 aud for additional services for the both of us, only had to tell them to be more gentle a couple times but the have translates to help communicate.

Highly recommended for couples, friends, and anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind Shanghai experience.

well worth it for an airport layover. super easy to navigate, essentially one of the vouchers aligns with one of the offers on the price list when you rock up, you just need to tell the spa staff if you’re getting services A / B / C / D, then at the end of your stay scan the QR code at reception desk to redeem

I would love to do it again! It was clean and safe

I had a very peaceful and relaxed time at Yang Space. I will definitely do this again when I return to Shanghai in the future.

space is well facilitated staff were very friendly and helpful. Massage wise, I paid separately on top of the package, my therapist 潇潇 was really good. I went for the 90mins massage and throughout the massage she constantly asked if I was cold and if certain spots are tight, she will ask if the pressure is ok. Overall very comfy experience.
