The assistant manager, Winters, coordinated the activities well, and was very friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the food, and we especially enjoyed the spring rolls served during dinner. The preparation for the burning shrimp dish during dinner was also good. The rest of the crew members were also friendly and efficient. All in all, we had a great time.

Wonderful 2-day/1-night cruise to Halong Bay. The itineray was interesting as expected. The food was great as well. We were only 14 people so room was simple but has views from all locations. Wifi was not available in the room but I was able to use it in restaurant area. The tour manager, Mr. Winter was enthusiastic and good at English communications. Transportation from Hanoi took longer than expected as the bus picked many people from several hotels up. Appreciate all the staff including captain, cook and other service crews.

It's an amazing experience, we love the foods and the rooms. Your crew are very nice. The places are amazing. Just the weather, it was cloudy and we didn't see the sunset. But it's really good.

Although there was a slight issue with room availability, they provided the best solution, which ultimately transferred us to Amanda Premium Cruise, which is still the same company. A very memorable trip. All the staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable with a beautiful view, the food was very delicious and they paid attention to the dietary needs of customers, especially for Ozil and Roxanne. Thank you for accommodating our vacation.

We had an absolutely fantastic cruise experience. The itinerary was well planned, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Mr. Jade for upgrading us to a balcony room after knowing we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The team surprised us with beautiful room decorations and a complimentary mocktail, along with a lovely song sung by the crew. It was a truly memorable and heartwarming experience. Highly recommended!

definitely recommend Hera but suggest upgrading to thier grand cruise with the bathtub as it has spectacular views. buffet dinner was amazing with so many choices.

Thank you Alex and team for a wonderful experience! Their hospitality is unmatched and very thoughtful. We are vegetarians and special care was taken to prepare vegetarian gourmet courses for us as alternatives. There were many activities on board to keep us engaged, we especially enjoyed kayaking and the sut song cave.
