it was an amazing experience ! staff were very friendly and helpful! instructions were very clear and I am so grateful for this amazing experience !!

When we arrived, the florists at the store had no idea we were coming, so it took them a few moments to clean the shop and set up the workshop. Their reasoning was "oh you booked it from a long time ago so we weren't aware of it" and "oh you booked through Klook so we weren't aware of it". Which doesn't make sense to me, shouldn't it be the case that because I booked from a couple months back, that you should already be well aware of my attendance? And if you're not keeping track of your Klook bookings, then why sell tickets on Klook? Is there no shared events calendar for the employees? So many questions. The ticket also mentioned drinks were included. But what they failed to mention is that only water is included IF (and only if) you bring your own tumbler. Which is fine. But then don't put that in the ticket :)
