I had a bit of confusion during my experience. The meeting point was initially changed to the hotel location, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that we actually needed to be at a different location. This caused some unnecessary back-and-forth, and it was frustrating not having clear communication beforehand. I hope they can improve on this aspect in the future to ensure a smoother experience for guests. Overall event was fun.

jetski experience was fun but megasport staff emailed to say location changed to lexis hibiscus hotel. But did not mentioned which part. Went to find the watersport staff at the hotel’s beach then only realise the location was not even there at all after making us wait for 20min. ended up have to drive 10 mins down the beach to the actual meet up point. communication of the meeting point should have been clearer.

good instructor and fun activity, definitely reccomend the jetski and the donut ride. all very safe too
