这次导览是我们一家（两大一老一小）在丽江过年期间五天停留中的高光时刻。王导一路热情的接待、耐心的讲解和对交通的完美把控，给我们留下深刻印象。我们很好地避开了春节的人流，没有把大块时间花在去玉龙雪山的路上。一路上他有问必答，对丽江历史和文化的丰富知识让我们对当地有了更深刻的了解。因为大索道票买完了，我们去了小索道云杉坪和蓝月谷，并观看了印象丽江的露天剧场表演，当然有得到部分退款。事实证明这个选择是正确的，如果队伍中有老人和孩子，小索道反而是更好的选择。全部导览结束后王导还表示继续愿意陪我们去别的景点，但因为老人和孩子都很累了，我们谢绝了他的好意。云杉坪和蓝月谷这两处的景色都太棒了，就是春节期间人太多，建议错峰出行。感谢王导的陪同！

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide William today. He was thorough, attentive and very knowledgeable regarding Lijiang. We had a great time and he showed us all the best places to visit within Lijiang. We cannot recommend him enough to other visitors. I memory trip was also very helpful with booking our ropeway tickets despite it being a busy holiday period. William also spoke great English and was able to help us communicate to the locals. We had an amazing experience with the company and our tour guide William and we will recommend them to our friends and families in the future.

Booking was seamless and the local merchant contacted me within a few hours. A private 6 seater taxi was organised for us and the Chinese guide William Wang 王瑞庆 was very knowledgeable and provided good explanation throughout the tour. I would highly recommend booking a tour as it would not be easy booking tickets and finding our way around the various destination if not for the guide.

overall great is just the activities in between too rush , too short and very crowded. the your guide is friendly, helpful and informative. ❄️

Our guide William was amazing! He’s super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Thanks to him, our trip to Jade Dragon Mountain was smooth and really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

*** Great Tour with Mr William and Driver Mr Leon *** Tickets were helpfully arranged for us in advance. On-time pick up, friendly, helpful staff went above and beyond to help arrange a tour around our preferences. Mr William specifically did a fantastic job of story telling, guiding & steering us throughout the day around all of the queues and various procedures. Whilst you could figure this out by yourself, it made the whole day flow better, also being a lot less stressful. Personal highlights for me were the Jade Mountain Summit (although I wouldn't recommend spending much time up there), then the Blue Moon Lake walk. The whole area felt like it was starting to get very busy from around 11am onwards. Choking so after that so recommend arriving as early as possible. We opted to skip the Impressions show. Instead travelling to a nearby local Naxi Village to spend more time there. Thanks again to Mr William and Mr Leon for a great day! Fully recommend booking this Tour!

Arranging the activity with the tour provider was quick and easy. Maggie from reservations was able to secure us last minute tickets and our tour guide, William, was very helpful throughout the entire tour!

Love how the tour company communicate and keep as updated on our itinerary. They are very clear on the instructions. Our tour guide 杨导 is also very friendly, detailed and patience. She also go an extra miles to help me with my booking which I have some difficulties. Very happy with the services provided.

Everything thing was smooth well planned. The private tour guide Mr William 王瑞庆was very helpful and professional in his duty . For tourists who want to visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountains in Lijiang. The private tour value for money and important because of the arrangement of tickets booking and transport services. I can just sit in the car and not worry about the trip plan .
