An awesome way to tour the area. We customised our own itinerary, we went to Glass Bridge, then silver waterfall ( amazingly beautiful) , then late lunch at the beautiful and peaceful cloud boat cafe at Lao cai, then took a walk at Muong Hoa valley ( really a gem) , last stop at Moana cafe ( was an overcrowded cafe and we dont like the vibe) , then back to our hotel at Sapa pistachio hotel. We only booked this service 1 day before which was really last minute based on the latest weather forecast. Miss Anna was really quick to help us arrange for an amazing driver who drove us safely to our destinations comfortably. Miss Anna helped us get the tickets for glass bridge and our driver gave us instructions on the process when we reached there in simple English. Cloud boat cafe was a long drive from silver waterfall and wasn’t a place that normal tourists will go. So kudos for him to find the place and we had our best lunch and view of the valley there. We are happy with the service. :)

overall experience is great especially our driver tien. we were able to experience alpine coaster, catcat village, moana sapa, silver waterfall, heaven gate. the driver offer to schedule our destination so we can maximize the trip. the only bad side is the lunch recommendation from the driver. the food is bad and expensive. better if you pick your restaurant for lunch.

We only booked this the day before but it was the perfect way to pick up the remaining sights in Sapa before we had to leave. Anna and our driver, Hanz, were great to deal with, loads of communication, a careful driver and ready and available whenever we were. The ability to be flexible when things took longer or shorter than expected and to amend our itinerary as the day went on was excellent. Thanks for making our last day in Sapa one to remember!

The kindest owner/operator and driver we met in Sapa! (our personal itinerary: La Sapa, Sailing Sapa, personal errands, and DeMong Sapa) Ms. Anne and our driver, Sir Quang Tho, went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Ms. Anne was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive to all our requests—even in the wee hours of the morning, when she really didn't have to be. When we needed to extend our service for another day at the last minute and I could no longer book through Klook, Ms. Anne immediately found a solution for us. We truly appreciate her willingness to help and the exceptional service provided by her team. A special thanks as well to Sir Quang Tho, who was so thoughtful and patient throughout our trip. He even played YouTube Kids shows to help keep our baby calm and entertained during the drive, which we deeply appreciated. Thank you so much, Ms. Anne and your wonderful team. the operator contacted me via WA the day before our booked date. informed us of the car number, pick up hotel and itinerary. they even asked us if we have tickets or not on our itinerary so they can help buy for us. our driver is Do Mixi is courteous and very early. since we already saw his car parked outside our hotel, we approached him and ask that we leave early as well which he agreed to. We went to Cat cat village, Fansipan, Moana cafe and Po Mu cafe. on the way back, we asked to be dropped off at a restaurant near Sapa station instead of our hotel and he did. it was a smooth ride and pleasant experience, everytime he drop us off at our itinerary, we just need to WA him when we are done. He even offered other tourist spots to us incase we want to go there. this is a convenient way to travel. thanks to the operator and driver!

My itinerary includes going to Glass Bottom Bridge (Cloud Dragon Skywalk), Sapa Silver Waterfall, and O Quy Ho Heaven's Gate. I had so much fun taking pictures and being in control of my time. The driver, Mr. Truong, was very helpful with my luggage. He is also quiet and kind, which suits my kind of travel. Anna was my key contact and assisted me in securing a ticket in one of the places I wanted to go. Definitely recommend to book this!! You'll have control of your time, plus you can select where to be picked and dropped off.

전일 기사포함 유리다리, 오쿠이패스, 실버폭포 사파시내에서 점심, 세일링 사파 카페, 타반, 라오까이 빌리지 등 을 다양하게 다니면서 수시로 오퍼레이터와 연락주고 받고, 일정도 업데이트해가면서 더이상 필요한게 없을 정도로 맞춤형 지유여행이었습니다. 특히 유리다리에서는 폭풍같은 인파로 걱정이 태산같았는데 티켓도 예매해주고 안내까지 해줘서 미로같은 동선도 쉽게 진했습니다. 초행인 사파여행 다시오고 싶습니다. 점검중이라 못본 판시판 때문에 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다. 이름도 성도 모르지만 친절하게 많은 배려해준 오퍼레이터께 대단히 감사드립니다

Love this service as you get to design your itinerary. Our tour supposedly starts at 9am but since our trip from Sapa to Hanoi was delayed, requested the same day to start at 10:30 which was accommodatded. The agent also is actively reaching our and even offer to book tickets to the attraction so we don't have to line up. Driver also is nice, despite not good at english, he constantly communicate via google translate. And on attractions that he is allowed to come one, he comes with us and offer to take photos. We are able to stay longer on places we took interest with and leave early for others with nothing much to do. Definitely getting this service again.
