The vibes is nice, the staff is friendly but no small talks also.. you can add-on aromatic oil for the massage, then they’ll assign the masseuse.. starts with foot soaking and then massage. they’ll use warm towel to remove the excess oil on your body.. so niceee.. highly recommend

Absolutely amazing experience at Ayu Borneo! The location right at Ansa Hotel Bukit Bintang is super convenient. The Royal Thai massage was exactly what I needed to relieve my muscle tension. The therapist was highly skilled, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and it’s definitely worth the money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage in the city!

Overall ambiance was calming, massage experience was really good & massage therapist is well exeperienced. I had to queue for 15 minutes at reception when I arrive, maybe can have separate walk-in & reservation counter. After massage, they served hot ginger drink and it’s refreshing.

Our second visit to Ayu Borneo, and it was exceptional as always. This time we brought my mom and sister for their first visit, and they loved it just as much as we do. Amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
