very blessed to have a nice sunny weather for the ride, as it was rainy a few hours ago. Our handsome skipper/guide(merijm) though inexperienced kept us entertained with interesting stories about some of buildings along the ride.

Loved the decorations. They made the boat trip so much more memorable 🛶✨💕

It was a pleasant experience travelling around the canals with tulip in the boat and the guide was also very experienced friendly and helpful.

மாலை 4:15 மணிக்கு முன்பதிவு செய்திருந்தோம், ஆனால் அங்கு சென்றபோது அந்த நேரத்திற்கு படகு சேவை இல்லை. விற்பனையாளர் எங்களுக்கு மாலை 5:15 மணிக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்தார். படகு மிகவும் அழகாக இருந்தது, வழிகாட்டி அன்பாகவும் நகைச்சுவையாகவும் இருந்தார். சிவப்பு மற்றும் வெள்ளை ஒயின்கள் மற்றும் பானங்கள் தாராளமாக வழங்கப்பட்டன. வழியிலுள்ள காட்சிகள் மிகவும் அழகாக இருந்தன, எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்திருந்தது.

The canal cruise was so fun. We went in the evening and got to see a large chunk of the city. The other people we shared the boat with were very nice, and the tour guides/skipper were also wonderful.

Ticket redemption system was poorly managed. There was no proper booth, & people were crowding around to show their tickets. The boat departed late, & the guide provided minimal commentary compared to others we saw along the canals. The boat was also not cleaned promptly after the previous group, blankets were left on the floor, possibly to cover a wet surface, & the overall condition felt untidy. On the plus side, there were complimentary beverages/wine, along with blankets & umbrellas which were useful as it rained during our visit. But in my honest opinion, it’s not worth paying extra for this experience

the queue is not well managed. there is no instruction or sign and very hard to find the tour operator.

I made the reservation through Klook for the Premium Tulip Boat Canal Tour. However, the actual boat we were given was completely different from the one shown in the pictures. It was supposed to have flowers decorating the entire boat, but in reality, there were only flowers at the front of the boat. It did not match the advertised photos at all, which was very disappointing. The experience was not what we expected based on the description and images provided during booking. Although the tour guide (the person operating the boat) was very friendly and polite, I still felt disappointed with the overall experience due to the clear difference between what was advertised and what we actually received.
