I received an email at 5 pm Japan time for our next day Mt. Fuji trip. read the instructions and added our guide to viber. They use WeChat but at that time something was wrong with mine so wasn’t able to connect. Good thing Ms. Vicky connected with me thru viber. The meeting place was easy to find. Our bus wasn’t available so Ms Vicky called the company and asked us to patiently wait. We were able to buy some breakfast to bring. Food were allowed in the bus except for ice cream & of course we needed to keep the bus clean. Another bus was sent our way and by 8;40 am we were on our way, it was cloudy. But Mt Fuji was gracious enough to show herself to us. We were able to go to the sites which were in our itinerary. To make up for the delay Vicky gave us some treats and apologized in behalf of the company (which was responsible for the driver’s no show) This tour is recommendable. Thank you Klook

We had a wonderful experience with our tour to Hakone, Lake Ashi, and Enoshima. Our guide, Antong, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and organized from start to finish. She communicated clearly throughout the day, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. She also shared helpful tips and interesting information that made the experience even more enjoyable. The only caveat was that we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji, but What really stood out, though, was Antong’s kindness and professionalism. At our last stop, my daughter got lost and ended up running late, and Antong patiently waited for us and made sure we were all safely back before departing. We truly appreciated her care and understanding. Thank you to Antong and the bus company for a smooth, well-organized tour. We had an amazing day and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan!

Great tour! We enjoyed enough time of all spots we stopped at including pre ordered lunch that made it easy to secure a meal. Tour Guide Yuki was knowledgeable and fun, she helped with photos too! We were blessed to see Mt. Fuji clearly.

Beautiful scenery! We unfortunately didn’t get to see the top of Fuji due to it being cloudy but still a great experience! Our guide was very informative.

Omar was simply amazing, funny, knowledgeable and kept us entertained. Will definitely book with him again! super friendly, awesome jokes. Helped us take some amazing photos and showed us the best spots! easy 5 stars! if I could give more I would!

We had a fantastic day! Our tour guide, Davy was friendly, informative and kept the group in check. He spent the time to talk to everyone in the tour group and was consistently making an outstanding effort to make everyone’s tour a great one. We were very lucky to have perfect weather with amazing views of Mt Fuji at every stop! Would recommend

when they say it's Instagram worthy it definitely is. Highly recommend this. Ask for George he's very good at explaining where everything is and give you enough time to see the sights and take the best photos

It was a really great experience. We got to see Mt. Fuji clearly in almost all destinations. Kudos to our very friendly and kind tour guide, Sandy Wang. He made the trip even more special by accommodating us, if we ever go on another tour, we would love to have him as our tour guide again. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we highly recommend to those who are interested. Just make sure to check the weather forecast before booking your trip.

這次的一日遊體驗非常棒，CP值極高！行程規劃流暢，經典景點如新倉山、忍野八海、大石公園都走到了。特別要感謝導遊袁小姐（Yuan Yuan），她為人十分熱心且專業，因為我最後行程結束是直接留在河口湖住宿，沒有跟車回東京，袁小姐知道後非常細心地幫我聯繫飯店確認接駁事宜，還幫忙查詢當地班次，讓身在異地的我感到非常安心。導遊的額外協助真的讓這趟旅程加分許多，非常推薦袁小姐帶領的團，下次還會想參加！

keiko our guide was amazing she showed us many highlights, and taught us a lot about the history of japan and fuji. Hu our driver was amazing as well, they both offered to take pictures for us although it was very hot outside
