Everything went smoothly from check in to boarding, departure, and arrival. We arrived early at Batangas Port and checked in at around 2:00 PM. Boarding started at 7:30 PM, we departed at about 9:00 PM, and arrived at our destination around 9:00 AM the next day. Breakfast and bed linens were included. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the private restroom was well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is to book well in advance. Booking confirmations can take up to 48 hours. We booked our tickets on June 13 for a June 17 trip, and the confirmation only arrived near the end of the processing period, which made me a little anxious by June 15. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even assisted me with my luggage, which I greatly appreciated. I had a comfortable and pleasant journey from start to finish.

it was such a wonderful experience to ride 2go, very convenient and very affordable would definitely recommend!

This room is a major upgrade from a regular bunker bed. We appreciate the assistance from the crew who guide us from the lobby to our cabin. The cabin itself is spacious for 6pax, with split type aircon, TV, cabinet, and own CR. Each bed has their own light, pillow, blanket and it has black out curtain. The restroom has bidet, lavatory, and hot and cold shower. Overall, I would recommend this and would definitely book again next travel.

Smooth cruise, excellent friendly staff, on time departure and early arrival at Batangas Port. I am still amazed of the world class facilities of the port, whoever conceptualized this long term investment is a genius. I’m looking forward to experience a world class multi tier parking space to match the massive facilities.

Traveling from Batangas to Caticlan with 2GO was a great experience that made the journey feel like a 'sailcation'. The ship was clean, well-maintained, and the boarding process at Batangas Port was efficient. I really enjoyed the cruise-like atmosphere, especially being able to catch the sunset from the deck and relax in the lounge. The onboard staff were friendly and approachable, and having meals included made the trip very convenient. It’s a relaxing, cost-effective way to reach Boracay if you’re not in a rush and want to enjoy a slower, more immersive travel experience.

My recent trip from Caticlan to Batangas with 2GO on the St. Ignatius of Loyola was a smooth experience overall. Booking through Klook was convenient, and the tourist class accommodation provided a comfortable enough space for the journey. The boarding process was efficient, and the ship amenities were well-maintained. It’s a solid, reliable way to travel between these two points if you’re looking for a relaxing sea voyage.

Overall, okay naman yung experience ko sa Klook booking for Caticlan to Batangas via 2GO (tourist class), pero may pros and cons. Madali mag-book sa app—very convenient and mabilis yung confirmation, which I liked. Pagdating sa actual trip, medyo basic lang talaga yung tourist accommodation. Expect mo na hindi siya ganun ka-comfy compared sa higher classes—medyo siksikan and limited space, especially if peak season. Malinis naman yung area kahit papaano, pero don’t expect hotel-level comfort. Yung byahe is long, so better magdala ka ng sariling essentials like blanket, snacks, and power bank. Staff were generally okay, nothing exceptional but helpful when needed. If you’re on a budget, sulit na siya. Pero if gusto mo ng mas relaxing trip, you might want to upgrade your accommodation.

it was a smooth trip. I availed 4 beds at the cabin section and we are satisfied about it. I will definitely take this trip again.
