The tour was organized by City Wonders, a local tourist company. The meeting point is clear and easy to find. They sent you email and WhatsApp messages. The tour guide, Phillopo, also a local Venice man, took us to both venues. He was really informative and humorous to follow. The tour is definitely recommended.

Our guide, Zoey was great! We really enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about the history. One thing to remember when taking these tours, you will not get to see everything since they are on a compressed time schedule. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Easy to meet guide as per instructed. Guide was knowledgeable. Fully immersed into the story behind the Doge Palace - Bridge of Sighs and St Mark's Basilica. Guide provided enough time to be mesmerized by what is inside. Freedom to take pictures while listening in and considerate to give ample rests in between.

We showed up for the tour 30 minutes early. We found the people checking us in and we were not on their list. For the next 30 minutes, they tried hard to solve the problem and were unsuccessful. The tour started without us. Klook did refund my money, but I would have liked to see the inside of these places. The outside is spectacular.

ZERO, thousands spent on a vacation, only to find out our booking through Klook.com did not workout. Tour guide did not know who we were nor could they find us on the list. Tour not provided and vacation to Venice Italy a total bust. Online klook customer service slow +1hr no resolution, waited 24hrs as requested by klook to resolve refund and no resolution. seeking other legal avenues to resolve, by definition SCAM, DO NOT USE KLOOK.COM

10時で予約しており、時間前には着いてましたが、現地に着いたらKlookの手違いで予約されてませんでした。現地の人もサンマルコ寺院のチケットは本日分はもう売り切れのためツアーに参加できないと。Klookに問い合わせたところ、早急に別の時間でのツアーを組むとのことであったが24時間以内には連絡しますとふざけた対応。キャンセルするかと言われたので、この場合キャンセルしたら返金されるのかと聞いたら話をはぐらかしてきたので、何回も質問したところようやく返ってきた答えが返金については確実な事は言えないと。。。後日結局返金されてましたがふざけてる。。。
