No greetings from staff, poor house keeping. Lobby bathrooms not cleaned regularly. Rooms had some oder. Connected to train station but need to change two or three trains to connect to main Tokyo loop. Not an ideal location for first time travelers.

The room was too small for a large suitcase, Which most international travelers have. I could not open flat the suitcase. The second one, I had to leave it in the entrance way. Which we could not go in and out freely. It could be a nice size room for a local travelers.

Our 2.5 weeks stay was very comfortable & pleasant. Located next to a metro station was very easy to commute to anywhere within Tokyo. The hotel is also within 15 mins walk to Tokyo Tower. Staff are excellent & responsive. The beds are firm & so comfortable to sleep that my daughter wants to import her bed home. Ah ha ha! The hotel is also connected to Azabudai Hills, which has its own attractions, cafes & restaurants. Recommended for business travellers or families. Would stay there again. Best from Sydney Peter C

Wonderful hotel with a very convenient location! The train station was close by, making it easy to travel around Tokyo and visit different attractions. The area also had many restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.
