Great Hotel

overnight stay was fine and when I ordered a couple of drinks the service was excellent

Very convenient airport location with free shuttle bus service.

I had read that the room was small but all I needed was a place to shower and sleep during a 12 hour transit and this was an excellent choice, especially for a reduced rate using a travel site. The hotel shuttle was great for return - but to reach the hotel I took the train (1min) and walked through shiny new corridors to the hotel. The shower had great pressure and the hotel had facilities I would have used if not sleeping! I will stay again if I have a long transit or early departure in/from Hong Kong airport.

I arrived on an early flight, and unfortunately my room was not yet ready. The hotel staff graciously offered me the only room available at the time, which was an accessible (handicap) room. After a very long international journey, I appreciated their effort and gladly accepted it. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the room. There were visible stains on the bathroom floor and fixtures, and the flooring throughout the room felt sticky. Overall, it did not appear to have been cleaned with the same level of care and attention that guests would reasonably expect. Later, after experiencing an allergic reaction, I requested a room change. The staff were once again very accommodating and quickly moved me to another room as soon as additional rooms became available. I was grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism. The second room was the complete opposite of the first—clean, well-maintained, and much more comfortable. The stark difference between the two rooms left me wondering whether the accessible room receives the same level of upkeep and attention as the hotel’s other accommodations. I sincerely hope that is not the case, as all guests deserve the same standard of cleanliness and care, regardless of the type of room they are assigned. While I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, I believe the condition of the initial room is something management should address.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here from the Caribbean. Staff very friendly, helpful especially the custodians that serviced the rooms. Very affordable as well

Hotel was clean enough but the room didn’t smell great. The air conditioner was rather loud. The airport shuttle was good and appreciated. Reviews said the breakfast was good and included which is why I chose here but I guess I should have investigated further because the breakfast didn’t open until 7:00 am which got transit hotel seems rather late - certainly too late for me to catch my flight.
