This hotel was beyond our expectations. It wasn’t just the convenient location, it was the friendliness of the hotel staff, the useful facilities and the cleanliness of the room that made the experience and hotel worth it. I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

It was a great, well priced room.
We had a deluxe double room, which was slightly too small for two people for two weeks, but that was our fault for not checking first.
Centrally located in Seoul which was perfect.

Fantastiskt The music from the gachapon place (bright pink inside that shop) across the street stops at midnight.
Starbucks inside and 7/11 on other side right attached to the hotel.
Great location.
If you take the airport bus in, get off at Royal Hotel, turn right then left at the next street to get on right track.

The staff was extremely helpful in all possible ways. I thought I lost my passport and they assisted with calling all establishments quickly. They go above and beyond. The hotel itself is nice and great for family or groups. I would recommend this hotel to friends and also return.

Pleased to return to Metro Hotel at the end of our 3 week trip. Warmly welcomed again at reception. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast offered a nice choice of some western items & Korean delicacies, from 7:30am. Well worth the cost of about 13,000 Won. Appreciated the guest self serve laundry on 2 floors (detergent supplied or automatic). Excellent location for subway access and many nearby restaurants. On check-out, they kindly offered to store our bags. Hope to stay here again
