Everything was great, just get there a little early to find decent parking, I loved this places and definitely will be coming back soon!

Extremely frustrating check-in experience. I waited over twenty minutes in the lobby to check in because they wouldn’t send me my check-in information and the girl working was hanging out in the back and not answering the phone. Also when you call their number and choose the check-in option then the Expedia option, it will just send you the original confirmation, not your check-in information. I stayed in Treehouse East which could definitely use a refresh and a good cleaning. The bathroom was especially poorly cleaned, you could tell that some surfaces hadn’t been wiped in quite some time. The shower was moldy, the shower curtain rings were really rusty, and the shower curtain was really disgusting too-the room costs hundreds a night and you can get these items from the dollar store. The outside front door knob completely pulled off in my hand which was very concerning from a safety standpoint and like what if you show up to a hotel to check-in with no staff and no door knob? I arrived in town early so I found a nearby street spot, I’d be concerned with finding a spot at night though, especially if it’s on a Tuesday or Friday (street sweeping on those nights). The neighborhood is somewhat rundown but I felt safe walking at night alone. They should get an ice machine with a self-closing lid or a different style, they have it outside and other guests leave it open. Great location based on what I was in Savannah for, but I’d skip this place for the hassle and price.

Great location with restaurants in walking distance. The room has everything needed and even homemade cookies! the shared spaces are welcoming and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience in this hotel. Maybe it was because I got the hotel through Expedia instead of their actual website but the check in process was very difficult. I called texted and emailed them a whole day to get the information they said they would provide. Even after we dealt with that fiasco and after they got our information they still didn't not respond when we asked for assistance. The hotel is cute but definitely not the best experience because of the horrible communication.

Charming place with lots of character in an excellent location close to boutiques and top notch restaurants.

Staff was super communicative and room was super clean. I loved that it was close to the river which made for a nice evening stroll for our stay.

Room was the size of a Nun’s cell, no TV and no individual control of the temperature so I froze overnight. I would not recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay ant the Inn and plan on returning very soon.

What a gem! I loved this place. Lovely couple of owners, thoughtful design elements and great location in Savannah.
