The fung shut of the rooms needs work, too much furniture happening. The floor was not clean, and some of the amenities need to be updated. Otherwise it was a lovely unique place to stay.

Staff at the reception were not friendly at all , did not look at my reservation and assumed something else, not friendly at all

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Helnan Palace Hotel. We booked three rooms to celebrate my sister-in-law’s wedding, and the experience was truly special. The hotel’s decoration and vibe perfectly reflect the elegance of the last king’s era, adding a unique charm to our stay. The staff and service were beyond excellent. Youssef and the entire Front Desk team were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. The location is fantastic—just a short walking distance from the Gate—and the free shuttle service to all popular areas around Montazah was a great convenience. The only downsides were that there were some minor cleanliness issues. However, these did not overshadow the wonderful experience we had. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, prime location, and timeless atmosphere.

It was a true 5 star hotel very clean and very polite people working there they went out of there way to make it special for my wife and me because it was our anniversary! The restaurant was very good and they did service and food! Would recommend this site any time we had our first honey moon at there other site beside this hotel 16 years ago and they were ok but this site is so much better and quiet adults only! The only fault was the balcony need cleaned because of the dust from the construction beside the hotel but it still was a great experience!

I never arrived there
