Amazing hotel property, amenities and staff. All oir accommodations were accounted for with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an amazing time in Borjomi

Better to see and feel

The hotel is beautifully located within the forest, and its gardens are truly a highlight — serene, lush, and perfect for relaxation. The deluxe room we stayed in was spacious, well-furnished, and came with a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the mountains, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another strong point, with a wide variety of cuisines available, ensuring there was something for everyone. Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. The poor English skills of most staff led to repeated mistakes. We had requested a room with a bathtub or jacuzzi long before our arrival, but instead we were given a room without. On two occasions, we were served the wrong dish, which was frustrating. If you don’t speak Russian, I recommend showing photos when ordering food to avoid similar issues. What made things worse was the attitude at the reception. The shift leader came across as unfriendly and, frankly, seemed to treat us differently in a way that felt discriminatory. This left us with a negative impression despite the hotel’s wonderful setting. With better staff training — in both language and basic hospitality etiquette — this hotel could truly reach the level its location and facilities deserve.

The hotel is really nice and the location is even better. Huge territory for nature walks by the river. Definitely get the breakfast buffet - the food is amazing.

Very good

Big territory, forest, breezy, nice smell. Carpets are really worn out and dirty. Needs heavy work on cleaning it

Very good Room carpet should be replaced by new one. Pool walls should be cleaned. All Rooms should contain espresso machine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Borjomi Likani resort, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic elegance. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort’s spa facilities. The treatments were top-notch, and the thermal baths were incredibly rejuvenating. Additionally, the resort offers a variety of activities, including hiking and excursions, making it an excellent choice for both relaxation and adventure. The on-site dining was another standout feature. The restaurant served a delightful array of local and international cuisine, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes. Overall, Borjomi Likani exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and the beautiful natural setting makes it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.
