조식 후 카드키를 객실에 놔 두고 와서 객실층 엘리베이터를 못 타는 상황이었는데 카운터 여직원 분께서 카운터 업무와 홀서비스를 홀로 다 하시는 바쁘신 와중에도 도와 주셔서 객실로 잘 올라왔습니다 바쁘신데도 웃는 얼굴로 도와 주신 점 감동이었습니다. 주차 이슈 때문에 기분 망칠뻔한 숙박이 될 수 있었는데 이 분 덕분에 마음이 풀렸습니다. 이분께 감사합니다

룸 서비스 음식이 기대이상 훌륭했고 가격도 저렴해서 대만족 이었습니다. 든 주변에 유흥시설이 많아 가족여행에는 좀 적합지 않은 호텔 인것 같습니다

The hotel itself is lovely, with clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, they were not as friendly or welcoming as I had hoped, which affected the overall experience. While the hotel’s amenities were great, the customer service at check-in could definitely use some improvement.
