Even though the hotel just open in around 4 years, but the maintenance is quite bad. When I asked for one more towel, the staff told me running out of towel which shocked me. We found blood in the rook also

Just something that needs attention. Car parking rules are not conveyed to us resulting in both our cars being wheel clamped. Hotel did not register our cars on arrival and so car park personnel didn't know that the cars were parked by hotel guest. Also as the process of unlocking the clamps took so long that our half hour grace period to exit car park has been exceeded. That is probably the reason why we were charged RM25 instead of RM5 per entry charges as told to us when we booked the stay with you. Anyway luckily RM25 is not really a hugh sum but the hotel could improve on this parking issues such as informing guest the rules. Things like having to exit car park within half an hour on validation is not very smart as being a guest checking out is 12 noon, the cut off timing should have been 2359 on the day of checkout. Then we don't feel so anxious to get out quickly. What if there is a car park exit jam? Rushing to get out of the carpark is not complimenting the great experience already enjoyed prior to going off. Hope this can be a good feedback to you and so we look forward to our next stay with positivity .

It’s has variety of breakfast and is link to shopping mall

Rooms are well maintained. Good housekeeping work. Reception staff are friendly and remembered serving me the previous time I was there. Keep it up guys.

Convenient location next to shopping mall

Room was as expected; good. Our stay was good as well. It was just for one night and an excellent choice considering convenience to a mall where you can get most of your needs and wants.

Clean room as usual. Great breakfast spread. Crowded during 830am.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping mall. Parking is convenient as we park near the lifts that bring us straight to the hotel. Breakfast is good and though it’s very crowded, the staff could usher us to the seats quickly. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey! The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable — exactly what you need after a long day. The hotel amenities are excellent and well-kept. The location is absolutely superb — it is directly connected to the Southkey shopping mall, which makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment without even stepping outside. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning on my next visit to Johor Bahru!
