All good staff helpful and friendly. Room clean, very hot ground floor room looking onto drive way windows easily able to get into if left open. Beautiful back garden with plenty of table and chairs. Bed Mattress thin but had worse. All in all very happy with stay for 2 nights.

The room was very good, clean just what I needed, a bed and bathroom. The TV was old with poor sound quality.

The room was clean. There was only one very thin pillow. Nice towels and sheets. Very thin walls. Very poor selection at breakfast including a very old jar of nutella. The guest house had a lingering smell of fried breakfast. The staff were friendly.
