Perfect location, for anyone who needs to be around and short distance to London centre. East Croydon Railway Station, London Transport stops nearby. The hotel building urgently needs its windows to be renovated. Even though it is unique piece of modern art, it still has the original windows, they now really need replacing or proper repair. They are drafty, the cold comes straight into the room, and the noise is extremely loud all day and all night. The temporary “windows”, which are more like a kind of sliding curtain, do not help at all. It would also be useful to have a small table or at least a luggage stand in the room.

Clean room, very good location with helpful staff. We got a mini-upgrade to a corner room (accessiblity room) which is bigger and has good views. Air conditioning is strong and not a problem for the heatwave at all.

Excellent for short stay.. Near train station and only 20 minutes from gatwick airport. would be nice if it had a kettle but did not affected stay.

For the price it was pretty good, the only thing is that it’s opposite a busy train station and not soundproofed.

It was a very loud room, the A/C (mini split) made a lot of noise even when turned off, so did the bathroom. It's close to trains as well as trams and they all make noise. The bed was too hard(like easyJet seats). Staff seemed to understand that nobody came there to socialize and didn't try to make small talk (which I appreciated).

It’s perfect for short stay

Room was clean but amenities lacked and the coffee machine does not give cappuccino or flat whites it’s all white coffees.
