The staff are helpful. The breakfast was good. The carpet on the hallway and in the elevator was really old with stains on it.

I appreciated that there is a laundry inside the premises. Be warned though. It is only available for use from 10 am to 9 pm i think. Worse case scenario you can go outside. There is a 24 hour laundrymat about 3 blocks away. This place is convenient in how close it is with public transportation. My only complaint is that the wifi seems to throttle at night. It gets faster after midnight though. The bathroom and room is very clean. AC works great

Great stay! The room was very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the air conditioning worked excellently, making the room comfortable at all times.

The room was absolutely freezing because the thermostat does not work (for the whole hotel) so the AC is on the whole time. The only adjustment is the speed of the air. It was really uncomfortable.

The dining room and laundry machines are at basement level without elevators and unsafe for senior citizens. During my staying week the laundry machines were broken and unable to use them.

Breakfast was great! Had everything we wanted - good mix of western and traditional food. Beds were comfortable and room was good size for three people.
