very good clean quiet convenient

Everything was great except that you can’t get into the reception area because you need a key card to get in. There is a door bell but I had to ring it multiple times before anyone came to the door to let me in. Staff was pleasant and rooms were great. No elevator but there Is a dumb waiter for your bags. Parking is very hard to come by. The parking garage nearby was full. Took 40min driving around to find something. And it was a pay and display. 12€ a day or €1.50 an hour.

Lovely and charming little hotel, almost like a B&B. Rooms were small, but very well maintained and cleaned each day. Breakfast was fantastic! Choose from continental or a full cooked to order Irish breakfast every day. Waitstaff was so pleasant and helpful. Great start to each morning! It was super hot when we were there and no A/C (like most places there), but nothing the hotel could control. Also really good location to explore the city. Super close to the river and downtown, and everything was super walkable. A few pubs and grocery stores very close by.

Overall good stay here but encountered some issues with communication. When booking via hotels.com/Expedia, phone number and email are not transferred properly to the hotel, so they did not have my contact info. This became an issue when I had accidentally booked for a day less than needed and the hotel was trying to contact me for check out. We ended up getting everything resolved, but they never asked for my info upon arrival, nor did they check my passport or require a credit card, though funnily enough there is a sign on the front desk file cabinet that says "do not accept check in without a valid id and credit card".

Highly recommended! Clean, tidy, wonderful breakfast & perfect location.

Lovely breakfast area. Room was very warm and hard to cool it down. Not a major problem for me, but probably would be in hot summer weather.
